She is an on-hand performer. Able to deal with intricases of mortgage. What is so glaring are her patience, empathy, professionalism, and reassuring competence. Most times I called her for follow ups, I had expected some resentment due to the frequency of those calls but she never for once did so. Indeed on every occasion, she turned my anxieties into hopes that eventually materialised. Just the best.

The delays experienced were because we were waiting on the lender for more information or to respond to us. I don't know if Basma could have done anything more on this and she communicated these delays during the process.
